Starters

  • Gammon Hock Gammon Hock & Apple Rillettes. A smoky and rich spread made with slow cooked hock, served with a homemade chutney and toast
  • Beetroot Soup Borscht soup with sourcream and choice of crispy panchetta or (v) gerkins
  • Baby Prawn Tian A classic combination of sweet baby prawns, avocado and cocktail sauce layered with fiery tomato salsa and crispy gem lettuce.

Mains

  • Roast Turkey Roasted Norfolk Black Turkey filled with chef’s own apricot and sage stuffing, served with pancetta, brussel sprouts.
  • Slow Braised British Beef Meltingly tender beef accompanied by herbed savoy cabbage and horseradish potatoes.
  • Goats Cheese (V) Goats cheese and Fennel tarte tatin, rocket, kale and orange mayo
  • Smoked Duck Breast Smoked Duck Breast, caramelised pumpkin, pumpkin pyre, balsamic sauce and spinach.
